Icon3 Any good free registry cleaning/repair tool?

I'm looking for a good registry cleaner tool. I have all kinds of applications installed and uninstalled over the past 2 years and my computer is running pretty slowly. I tried defragmenting it, deleting unused stuff but nothing. Can you recommend a good registry cleaning/repair tool?

I am running Windows XP SP3

I use Tune-up Utilities, but I only recently got it. I used to use CCleaner. It always worked well for me. It gets rid of old programs and other junk you don't need too! Highly recommended.
