well mate, I don't think you can actually do that but maybe i'm wrong
actually, you can...do you have system restore enabled?
no, system restore is off
Did you deleted the user files as well? Windows asks you if you want to delete the associated user files. If you didn't, maybe there's a chance with a file recovering software, I recommend Recuva
