I've recently bought a brand new iPhone 4 but it's locked on my carrier. I also need to jailbreak it for Cydia etc...is any jailbreak/unlock available yet for the iPhone 4 or do I need to wait?

you can't jailbreak iphone 4 yet...the Dev Team will soon pull out their JBing...most likely..as for other iPhones, you can jailbreak your phone directly online

yes, you can jailbreak and unlock your iPhone. The guys from Dev Team did it again, you just need to upgrade your iPhone to the 4.0.1 firmware, visit www.jailbreakme.com and jailbreak it online then install ultrasn0w through Cydia to unlock it....very simple
