So i want to get a nice looking Sonny Ericsson phone Xperia and i notice that one of the cons is an older version of Android OS.
I don't have a clue about all this , so i'm asking you if that is big deal and if i should direct my eyes on something else. Or if is possible to upgrade that old version of Android to a newer one.

you shouldn't worry, you can upgrade either phone to whatever Android version you desire
O that's nice to hear. Are there any risks when making that upgrade or something ? Otherwise why don't they do it before getting the phone on the market ?
I guess couse they need you to buy newer phones
I have the same q, my dad wants to buy me an iphone but i dont want to change my service...
I would advise waiting for the new Icecream Sandwich Android phones - not every Android phone supports the latest version
Android 3.0 OS is higher version than Android OS. But android 2.2 OS is the main market now.
