Football manager 2011 wonderkids and good tips

Hi, i have started to play the fm2011 and i was wondering if anyone knows any wonderkid or some tips to buy good cheap players.
Does anyone got far with the game ?

Does anyone finished atleast 2 seasons by now ?

I played 1 season, but i didn't find any good and young cheap player, ofc, there are plenty of them but for a lot of money , like Neymar.

Romelu Lukaku worth all the money, i got him on Barcelona and is playing great.

I want to share perhaps the best FM 2011 wonderkids list in the web. It consists of nearly 300 young talents and is being extended with new players constantly. Every player is described by country, name, club, age, value and salary. Talents are categorized into groups by position (GK, DC, ML, FC, etc.). But in my opinion the most interesting feature that makes this list very convenient is sorting by any of these paramaters.

Talents list contains a lot of young stars starting from well-known Balotelli, Marin, Delac, Sakho, Badstuber, Bale, Sissoko and ending with cheap nice guys like Livaja, Romario, N'Zonzi, Koval, Shakhov, Kovacic, El Ghanassy, Verratti, Bennet, Medina...

I'm starting to believe that this game is so unrealistic. I played 5 seasons with Shakhtar Donetsk, i was getting my ass kicked by Real Madrid so i got mad. I added a new manager and took command on Real Madrid ... i tossed Cristiano Ronaldo in the game as goalkeeper and guess what ? the mofo had rate 7 after for that game ... GOALKEEPER .. common ... i know he's imba but even as a gk ...
Not to say that is almost impossible to beat Barcelona or Real Madrid with a team as Shakhtar or Man City .. i finally had a win over Barcelona after almost 2 hours of saving and loading and trying different strategies
