A free tool to automatically shutdown my computer at a given time?

I recently discovered that downloading stuff from the internet is..well, great. But my computer does alot of noise and I want to schedule it to shutdown at a given time. Is there any free tool that can do that?

Try Chrono Shutdown. It let's you program your computer to shut down , log off or reboot at a predefined time. Oh , and it's free to use.
