How can i get rid of the "you can not delete this icon / folder" message ?

So this it's getting damn annoying. I keep getting messages that i can no delete that , cannot delete other one and so on. Of course i check to see if that "thing" i want to delete it's in use and if it is i close it , but still , the same annoying message. I have to restart the computer then delete it. Is there anything i could do to get rid of this ?

yep, it's probably used by another program and Unlocker will likely resolve this..however there are some cases when Unlocker can't...
