How can i play Football Manager with a friend over internet or LAN ?

Hi. Since i'm bored of playing this game alone, i want to play it with a friend in same league , in same time. But i don't see his server ( or i don't know how to do it ). He game me his ip and i tried to connect but still nothing.
Anyone knows what's the problem ?

Hello.
Who wants to make the server, have to go to Preferences - Network , and there you have to mark the "Run As Server" option. You can set a password for your server, or either let it blank. The person that wants to join the server, have to press Join Network Game, and there press Join Other Server - type host's ip there. If you are on LAN you will see the server automatically.
If joining with the ip don't work, i recommend to use Hamachi.
