How to take Leo Messi from Barcelona in Football Manager 2011

Hello ... as title says ... i'm starting to get annoyed by the fact i can't take messi from barcelona. I really want him and i don't want to play with Barca.
I currently control AC Milan and still ,after 2 seasons , can't get Messi to come here. Even if Barca accepts , Messi wont leave his club ...

Is there any trick to get him ? Or is impossible?

It's impossible to take him if you play "fair". But you have your chance after a few seasons ... if you add new manager on Barca. Also you need to have a lot of money on your club, and you have to get your Board involved in the transfer - Messi will ask for an insane weekly wage ( 450.000 Euros / week in my case ).
You need to be patient and don't forget to tell him he sucks and all that while you got the manager added to Barca Also make sure Barca will run out of money ( buy players expensive ) and it don't win Champions League

You need a very rich club to take Messi, and it wont happen in first 2-3 seasons anyways
If anyone know a way to get him, honest way, not managing Barca too for 1 whole season , please share
