No matter how much of a computer expert you are, as long as you often find yourself going through your Windows system settings you are surely aware of how much time you lose navigating to their locations.
It may not make you feel like a god, but the hidden “God Mode” will at least offer you a way of accessing all the Windows settings in one place. Because “God Mode” offers access to many critical settings which could compromise the system stability and performance, it’s not enabled by default. However, it’s very easy to take advantage of this feature and the method works in Windows 8.x, 7, Vista and even older versions.
1. Create a New Folder anywhere you want (in some cases you won’t be able to enable God Mode if the folder is on the desktop. If that is your case try in a different location).
2. Rename the folder “God Mode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}” (without the quotes).
3. Open your newly created God Mode folder to access and control all of your system’s settings. Think of it as the most advanced Control Panel you could get.
