Latest Feedly update brings Google Now integration and other improvements

Feedly is one of the most popular feed reader apps for Android, and it just received a bump to version 27 today. The update brings Google Now integration, so the most engaging stories from your feed will be automatically pushed to Google Now, at 7:00 AM every morning. This way you can quickly access the most relevant news of the day.

Since Feedly is now integrated into Google Now, users can access the most important news of the day in a condensed form, without being forced to open third-party apps for this task. The Feedly Pro power search feature has also been added to the mobile app in the latest update, offering a superior auto completion experience.

The app’s UI looks great and while there’s always room for improvements in this area, the update doesn’t bring any visual changes. The latest version of Feedly is already live, but it’s a staged rollout so if you can’t see it right now, it should become available for your device within the next few days.
