You will probably have noticed that the OneDrive has become the core of Microsoft’s cloud services. As a result, the app is now installed on your Windows by default and you cannot uninstall it, because many apps of your device depend on it. The OneDrive gives the chance to its users to manage and share their documents, files, photos and videos quickly and easily. To be more specific, the functionality of the app is amazing, Microsoft fixed a few annoyances in the OneDrive and improved its performance. As a result, the app is now offering a few new features that are quite helpful. These features are:

  • OneDrive is now intergrated with your Microsoft account on your Windows Phone device. Therefore, you will not need to sign in ever again.
  • You will notice that the interface of the app is more awesome now than it was in the previous operating system. In fact you can notice this improvement better in smartphones with large screens.
  • On the other hand, you will not be able to upload many photos, videos and files simultaneously.
  • You can now open files, which are in OneDrive, on other apps of your smartphone.

  • You can pin the folders that you created on your Start screen.
  • You can navigate through the OneDrive files and your shared documents from your account.

  • OneDrive users cannot create Office documents and upload them from the app.

  • The next ”pivot” screen contains a list of the files that you opened recently. That list can be changed by using the available commands at the bottom of the screen.

  • In the last pivot screen you can view the files and folders that you have shared with your friends.
