Changing the tags of an audio file is a very simple procedure. First of all, adding a new file is as easy as dragging and dropping it inside the application. You can also use the application’s browser to search your computer for them if you wish. There is no limitation to the amount of audio files you can insert in the application and they will all be presented as a list with very detailed information about the file like the year it was released and the bitrate. Obviously, some information might not be available and you will have to create the tags for them.
If you have the information readily available then changing them is very easy. Simply click on the file you want and then alter the information in the left window. You can fill as much information as you want while leaving the other ones blank. You can even change the album’s cover or add one if it is blank.
If you do not know all the information about the file, you have two options. Either do a quick manual search in a search engine online and find out the information for yourself or click on the globe icon in the top toolbar of the main window, provide any bit of information you have on the song and the application will connect to an online database to retrieve the tags and other information about the song and the artist and change it for you. If you believe that the information is not correct you do not have to keep it and you can simply search again.
