Dango for Android is a clever app designed to be your emoji guide. It can understand your conversations and provides relevant emoticon suggestions, regardless in which app you’re typing.
This means you can get emoji suggestions while typing inside any app, which includes popular apps like Whatsapp, Messenger, Twitter, Snapchat, Facebook and the list goes on.

Dango is free and available on Android only at the moment. It seems that iOS requires the app to be paired with a keyboard app although this doesn’t seem to be an issue for Dango’s developers as the official website states we will see an iOS version soon.
