For now, you can open Printer Queue in Windows 10 from the Control Panel and the Settings app. Nevertheless, at some point, the Settings app will completely replace Control Panel, so it’s a good idea to learn both methods.
How to open Printer Queue in Windows 10 from Control Panel
There are multiple ways to open Control Panel, but to keep things simple you can right-click on the Start button and select Control Panel from the menu.
In Category view, navigate to Hardware and Sound -> View devices and printers.
There, you will see all your printers, including virtual ones. Simply double-click on the installed printer to view the document queue.
Open Printer Queue in Windows 10 from Settings app
As I already mentioned, you can also open Printer Queue in Windows 10 from Settings app. To access Settings, open the Start Menu and click on the gear icon.
There, navigate to Devices -> Printers & Scanners.
Now, all you need to do is select a printer in the right-hand pane, then click on the ‘Open queue’ option.
