SLOW-PCfighter is an computer optimization application that will boost the performance of your PC by tweaking it and fixing various errors in the registry that hinder and slow it down.
Installation & Requirements
The installation provides very basic options that should not create confusion for anyone. The supported operating systems are Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8.
Navigating around the application is very easy. On the left of the main window you have various tabs that will navigate you through the different utilities and settings of the application. In the Home tab you will be able to check the last scanning time and the error statistics going back to when you first started using the application. The actual error scanning happens in the next tab. There you can choose which areas of the registry and general Windows items the application should scan to look for errors. When you are ready you simply need to click the Find Errors button and the scanning will commence.
Keep in mind that the trial version of SLOW-PCfighter will only let you fix up to 25 errors. If you actually want to clean your computer you will have to purchase a license. The trial version is simply a way for the developers to showcase what the application can do but without the full functionality.
If you have fixed errors using the application but something went wrong, like your computer has been slowing down or you want to keep a file that the application deleted, you can choose to reverse the repairs in the third tab. Keep in mind that you will have to provide a backup of the registry to use this utility. The application does create registry backups before it fixes the errors by default but be certain that you have not turned the option off by mistake.
The Settings tab s quite comprehensive. You get a lot of options on how you want the application to operate and you can automate a lot of the processes like immediately fixing errors when they are found and scheduling repairs. Lastly, the Startup Manager tab lets you pick which programs you want to run when Windows start. Do not mess around with that if you do not know what you are doing but it should be noted that the application does not display essential Windows programs.
-Very easy to use, even for inexperienced users
-Various utilities and customization options
-Quite a few limitations in the trial version
if you are willing to pay some money for the performance of your computer, then SLOW-PCfighter is definitely worth it. However, if you only want to use the trial version you will probably be disappointed by the limitations of it.
