AD Sound Recorder is a friendly sound recording application that lets you capture sounds from your sound card regardless of their source, which can be music played by media players, live audio streams, movie audio and other sources of your sound card.

The application provides a rich collection of recording format settings, as well as real-time sound visualization so you can perform volume adjustments on the fly for the selected sound source.

You can start and stop the recording process using hot keys, which work even if the app is minimized in the taskbar.

AD Sound Recorder lets you record high quality WAV files and convert them to MP3s with custom bitrates. There’s also a built-in player so you can play recorded files directly inside the app.
