ARINC is a small and Java-based utility that makes it easy to study the ARINC 661 standard as it bundles various advanced options you can tweak as needed. You will need to have Java installed on your computer in order to run the app.

The application lets you load XML and DF files and see their graphical representation, create new objects, rescale them, take a snapshot and save it as an image, group items and save projects as binary or XML files.

Furthermore, it is possible to change the background colors, create a server, find items using the built-in search tool, save the current configuration for later reuse and much more.
