Alternate FTP allows you to easily manage file and folders transfers to and from your FTP servers, as well as renaming and deleting files.

The tool provides a friendly multi-frame interface where files can be visualized in a tree-view layout. To connect to a server you’ll need to fill in the server’s complete name or IP address. However, you can also enter the login credentials and port to be used for your FTP connection.

As soon as a connection to the FTP server is established, it is possible to browse the data stored on the server listed in a clean and readable format. Alternate FTP allows you to perform any common operation like uploading and downloading files, delete, rename and so on.

You can also create new folders on your FTP server as long as you have the required permissions. On top of that, the tool lets you create various profiles for your FTP servers so there’s no need to re-enter connection data.
