Awlsim soft-PLC: Test processor parameters and transfer data with this robust Step 7 AWL simulator

Awlsim soft-PLC is a practical application that works as a CPU AWL simulator for Step 7 PLC devices. It supports the S7-3xx and S7-4xx CPU family. You can use it to send thousands of instructions per second to test a certain CPU’s capacity.

Also, Awlsim soft-PLC works with PLC hardware and can emulate CPUs with two and four accumulator registers. It is possible to select the number of analyzed accumulator registers, but also enter the mnemonics language for AWL and the clock memory.

You can use the application as a simulator core or connect it to an external core. After you connect it to one of the supported core types, you can start the CPU analysis and visualize the results in real-time. These include various parameters such as calls, speed, S7-CPU, PStack, STW, CycleT, and accuracy.
