CacheGuard OS NG: A set of networking and security tools designed to secures and optimizes Web traffic at the gateway

CacheGuard is a collection of networking and security software that bundles an antivirus, a firewall, a reverse proxy, a proxy cache, a Web Application Firewall and Web Application Load Balancer, a URL guarding tool and a traffic shaper.

The application can be installed on a hardware or virtual machine and bundles the latest technologies including RAID, cache sharing, link bounding, backup and restore, and VRRP.

The main purpose of CacheGuard is to optimized and secure web traffic at the gateway and it can be seamlessly implemented into existing architectures.
