A comprehensive application for machine and fax management

CallClerk is a feature-rich utility that works as a digital answering machine. It will log all incoming and outgoing calls made through your network computers and your computer's modem.

The tool bundles an impressive number of options and features for calling, faxing, recording, call blocking, ringing, emails and many others. Furthermore, it provides reverse lookup capabilities, support for Outlook and an announcer function that notifies you who is calling through your computer's speakers.

In the functional, tabbed UI, you can sort your callers in different categories: familiar, unfamiliar or blocked. As a result, you can easily enable options for each group, such as setting a specific ringtone, for example.

CallClerk shows a wealth of information about the caller, which includes the caller's name, phone number, a photo for the caller, the date, and the time.

The announcer option can be useful when you want to know who is calling you but you're not in front of the PC as it will speak the name of the caller. What's more, you can be notified about missed calls via email, Twitter or even through an update of your Facebook page.

The application is also equipped with some useful features to prevent unwanted individuals from calling you. You can enable the basic ID caller block, but you can also set CallClerk to automatically pick up, notify the caller to stop dialing your number and then hang up.
