Chrome Delight is a lightweight extension for Google Chrome that will play one of a collection of gorgeous time-lapse videos and display weather information for up to four cities from all over the world every time you open a new tab in Chrome.

The videos played in the new tab show scenic landscapes from various places around the world and they have been created using time-lapse photography.

Besides playing beautiful time-lapse videos, Chrome Delight also displays a widget showing the current temperature and weather conditions for the cities of your choice. You can select up to four locations and select the temperature and time formats.

On top of that, the extension can display your most frequently visited websites in the upper-left corner, while in the upper-right corner you can set it to show shortcuts to your browsing history and your favorite apps and bookmarks.

It's also worth mentioning that you can disable any UI element and also opt to view only still images.
