Clipper is a Delphi, Python, C++ and C# library that provides a simple method to perform line and polygon clipping as well as other spatial operations like differences, intersections, line/polygon offsetting and unions.

The application bundles demo files for all supported programming languages and makes it possible to accept all types of polygons, even self-extracting polygons. It also provides support for multiple polygon filling rules and numerically robustness.

Furthermore, Clipper makes it easy to get results quickly thanks to line and polygon offsetting and since it’s an open-source app you can customize its source code for expanded capabilities.
