Code Verify is a Google Chrome extension that was designed to add a new layer of security to the user's browser when opening Javascript-based web applications like WhatsApp Web and allows users to check the authenticity of the client.

It will notify the users in case the WhatsApp version is not authentic or has been tampered with, by checking all users to see if they have the same code, by bringing the security protocols on mobile platforms to the web-based editions.

It will compare the code that was accessed by the user’s web version of the application, within the source published on Cloudflare, and in case there are any differences, the user will be immediately alerted by the extension.
