Dism++: A functional GUI for the DISM command-line tool with extra features

Dism++ is a reliable frontend for the DISM command-line application that packs additional features that can help you clean and optimize your Windows system, work with Windows image files, manage drivers and startup items, as well as system features and updates.

Dism++ is portable so you simply need to double-click the executable to run the app. The GUI packs a number of tools, and first in the list is the Disk Cleaner.
