Dooble: An intuitive open source web browser packing a robust set of features

There’s an incredibly large number of web browsers available, and truth be told, the best and most popular ones are free. However, there are various lesser known titles such as Dooble, which offer a refreshing browsing experience, with plenty of features.

The application is an open source web browser, with a streamlined interface you will find familiar, as it resembles the ones of other Internet browsers.

Dooble provides essential features such as multi-tab support and a menu bar with basic options for web navigation like forward/backwards, refresh, a Home shortcut and one for ‘Dooble Desktop’ which opens a built-in browser from where you can load locally stored files into the app.

The browser doesn’t compromise on security either, since you can protect it with a password as long as 16 characters. What’s more you can change the browser’s appearance regarding its theme and web fonts.

Dooble can be easily set to automatically open a number of pages at launch. This option is available in the app’s Settings menu, where you can enter the URLs for the pages you want to be opened at startup.
