Double Commander is very effective software that will help you browse your personal files and folders more efficiently.

A nice feature is that you can compare two files by their content, modify the encoding format for each one and view all the identified differences. The one bad thing about Double Commander is that it won't let you move files from one partition to another using drag and drop, all you can do is browse and view the content, delete, rename folders and files, or just pin them to Start.
