E-Z Contact Book: An intuitive, easy to use application for contact information management

As you might have already experienced yourself, having a huge list of contacts requires keeping it well organized and a dedicated application can significantly ease this task. E-Z Contact Book is a free program that lets you manage your contacts list in an intuitive manner and it offers a robust set of options.

The application offers automated creation of frequently used contact groups – ‘family’, ‘business’, friends’…etc. – when you run it for the first time. The main window is comprised of several areas, from where you can access your contacts categories and details.

When you want to add a new contact you’ll have to enter all the related information like name, group, personal/business information, notes and even reminders.

Contacts can be edited, deleted and easily moved to other groups. The program also lets you send e-mails, place calls, print envelopes and show contacts in Google Maps. You can customize fonts, add/remove columns for the contacts information list, enable birthday reminders, change phone settings and set the program to run automatically at system startup.
