ECTcamera is a functional, free camera application that works with all video capturing devices, including web cams.

In the practical interface you can scale the visible image area, take full screen or partial screenshots, from almost any video capture device connected to your computer. Also, most standard web camera resolutions are supported, along with other essential settings.

ECTcamera lets you access numerous functions via hotkeys, change the shift space, zoom in and out of the image, modify the size and location of the main window, as well as adjust the compression ratio of saved screenshots.

Furthermore, the application allows you to work with the command prompt and supports an unlimited number of configuration files so you can conveniently switch between different settings.
