Encrypt and decrypt texts and files, as well as generate and compare checksums using this straightforward and intuitive application

Encrypt Care is a practical application that enables you to easily encrypt and decrypt files. The simple interface lets you quickly select the files you want to encrypt, and drag and drop support makes the process painless.

Then, you will need to enter the password that should be used to protect the files, the output folder and run the encryption task. You can also encrypt typed or pasted text, once you set up a password.

Keep in mind that Encrypt Care doesn't provide support for a master password that can be automatically used for all encryptions. As a result, you will need to manually enter a passcode every time you want to encrypt text or files.

However, the application can generate hash values for texts and files. Users will need to enter the type of the checksum (MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, SHA-384 or SHA-512) and the program will automatically calculate the value.

Furthermore, users can copy the hash values to the clipboard and even compare them with a third-party value to make sure the files were not tampered with.

Encrypt Care lets you choose between several encryption algorithms, namely, Blowfish, AES, TEA, CAST, RC2, RC4, DES, and IDEA. However, make sure you will select the correct one for the decryption as well.
