EpubCheck: Reliable application for validating IDPF ePub files, in order to identify various errors.

EpubCheck is a reliable command-line application that was developed in order to help users validate IDPF ePub files, in order to identify various types of errors (e.g. OCF container structure, OPF, OPS markup, and internal reference consistency).

Users will need to have Java installed for there is no setup involved, and they will be able to call EpubCheck’s process from a Command Prompt window just by typing a few lines.

After that, users will be able to save it to a USB flash disk or similar storage unit, so they can run it on any computer without any problems.

Another great aspect about it is that it will not leave any traces in the Windows Registry, and the disk won’t be cluttered with extra files.

Users will have to select the path of an ePub file and press a designated key in order to start the automatic evaluation procedure, in which the program will immediately show errors and warnings.
