Excelsior Installer is a free piece of software that enables you to create professional-looking and lightweight installers for Windows applications.

You can build installers through the app’s wizard-style Packager that will take you through the necessary steps and also suggest default values for essential parameters to minimize the manual work.

The setup packages are generated as self-installing EXE files and there is no need to use additional compression applications thanks to Excelsior Installer’s excellent data compression and compact installer overhead in the package.

It’s also worth mentioning that each setup package created with this application supports English, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Polish, Japanese, and Russian installation languages.
