Fangxun audio recorder: An intuitive and lightweight application for recording audio streams from various sources with a built-in recording scheduler

Fangxun audio recorder is a friendly and straightforward piece of software that lets you record and capture audio streams from a large number of source types. In the simple interface you can easily define the audio parameters.

Users can choose samples per seconds, sample chanels, sample bits and the audio device. You can start or stop the audio recording process and use one of the three recording options: manual, automatic or scheduled tasks.

For the output file you can customize the volume, define conditions for triggering the automatic mode, choose the saving folder and fill in audio tag information.

The recorded audio streams can be exported as FLAC, MP3, WMA, OGG, AAC, WAV, SND, AIFF or APE files and for each output format the application offers a number of sampling parameters. Among other useful features you can automatically assign filenames to recorded items, verify the sound spectrum of the recording device in real-time and view information about the recorded file.

Also, the application logs information which you can view in the dedicated section and allows you to select a third-party media player to listen to your recorded items and delete files among others.
