FastStone Photo Resizer is a free image conversion and renaming tool with support for batch processing. The tool offers conversion, resizing but also other image editing functions such as resize, crop, rotate, color depth, add watermarks and text.

It also offers two batch modes, one for conversion and one for renaming and supports drag and drop mouse operations.
