FeedTurtle: Manage your favorite feeds, browse the web and connect to the Internet securely via proxy

FeedTurtle is a versatile feed reader that comes with straightforward options but also bundles other tools like an audio player, torrent client, video converter and a web browser.

The tool is Java-based so you will also need to have Java Runtime installed for it to work properly. Nevertheless, FeedTurtle is portable so you can simply run it with no setup involved.

The feeds tree and the included content can be seen in the main window, and the rest of the built-in tool can be accessed in separate tabs.

From FeedTurtle’s main window you can quickly switch between apps and you can sort your feeds into groups. Since the application also comes with its own web browser you can view your feeds content in it, with no need to use a separate browser.

Lastly, it is possible to add news sources in a simple manner, but also move, delete and edit existing ones.
