File Juggler: A simple application that provides rule-based file management

File Juggler is a lightweight piece of software that allows you to monitor one or more folders and apply various actions such as rename, move, and delete. You can create rules using conditional if-then statements using simple and complex conditions as well as combinations.

You can use an unlimited number of if structures as well as a list of actions that should run with each completed step. Alternatively you can create new rules directly from Explorer’s context menu.

With File Juggler, you can automatically trigger several types of operations on multiple files, as opposed to the Windows built-in search that can only process one file at a time.

The custom rules allow you to set the app to carry out a number of file actions such as copy/rename/move/delete/extract, as well as sorting music files into categories by title, artist or album, renaming photos using the time and date when they were taken, and checking the contents of text, Word and PDF documents.
