Handy Label Maker is a friendly piece of software that lets you manage your contacts database and print labels. The label creation, printing, management and organization capabilities of the application are suitable for both home and business.

When creating a new label or envelope, you can import contacts from your email or a CSV file, or use one of your existing databases. On top of that, contacts can be manually added and edited, plus you can select one or several contacts to create specific labels for them.

The application provides a number of standard envelope choices such as A2 invitation, A7 announcement, business standard format and several greeting card envelopes sizes. For each envelope format you can see its exact size (in inches). However, users can edit the left and top margins of an envelope to give it a custom size.

When you’re creating a new label, you’ll be required to insert a position number – there are 30 positions and the label will be printed according to your selection. For printing multiple labels you need to enter a range in the Label position reading window, and not just a single value.

Handy Label Maker also offers contact management capabilities, thus you can use it to edit contact details like name, email, address, phone numbers and so on. You can also add the birth date for contacts and you can set the program to notify you on their birthdays.

Since it would be rather difficult to manage your contacts without being able to search through your database, the app offers a search function as well. You can sort contacts based on several criteria like first name, company name, ZIP code and phone number. Handy Label Maker can also generate a report where you can view all your contacts.
