KioWare Can be a very efficient lockdown method that is able to help users narrow their computer's access to only a few specific locations, and will require .NET Framework in order to run properly.

The application is not really hard to install, the set-up is actually very easy, and doesn't need any additional configuration while offering a nice-looking interface that comes with a bunch of useful tools.

The client can be customized with the configuration utility and enables you to adjust settings like (e.g. default homepage, proxy servers, virtual keyboard, security, or scheduled tasks).

You can also decide when installing the application if you want to block the CTRL+ALT+DEL key combination so you cannot forcefully shut down apps while providing a custom exit method by clicking the corners of the window in a specific order and typing a password.
