MC Musiceditor is the perfect application for professional musicians but also for amateurs that are looking for a capable yet intuitive music notation tool. It comes with a built-in text editor, comprehensive help documentation, an audio player, a stave, PDF export options and many other features.

You don’t need to install MC Musiceditor – all you have to do is save the app directory on your hard drive or removable storage unit and run the executable to launch the application. The simple interface displays the text editor and the stave that let you start writing musical notes and selecting them from the stave right away.

Users can preview the musical composition in the built-in audio player and make neccesary corrections. Also, you can see the stave representation in a PDF document with the option to export it, add headers, comments, line breaks and MIDI commands, use a metronome and export the code to MIDI, PostScript or PDF format.

The application also includes useful tools for transposing notes or external files, JPG and PNG conversion to EPS, file merging and renaming, parsing an interval string into two voices and extracting parts among others.
