Windows 10 provides support for multiple desktops, thus you can move active programs and windows between them using drag and drop. This works well for a small number of instances, but if you’re trying to move dozens of apps at once, there may be performance issues.

MoveToDesktop is a simple utility that lets you quickly move apps and windows between your Windows 10 desktops from the operating system’s context menu.

The program doesn’t have an actual interface, it only adds a ‘Move To’ option in the OS context menu. As a result, you’ll be able to move any apps and windows to another desktop by using the above mentioned option from their right-click menus.

MoveToDesktop is has a low memory footprint and allows you to quickly create new desktops, even when you need to move a large number of items between them.
