NVIDIA Pixel Clock Patcher: A small piece of software that can modify your NVIDIA video driver’s parameters to remove refresh rate and resolution limits

NVIDIA Pixel Clock Patcher is a functional utility that will adjust the parameters of your NVIDIA video driver to remove the refresh rate and resolution limits.

NVIDIA Pixel Clock Patcher doesn’t need to be installed but keep in mind it only works on systems that have an NVIDIA graphics card. The application will analyze the video driver and GPU parameters, and provide information about the limits that might be imposed by the driver, specifically the DL-DVI, SL-DVI, SL-DVI/HDMI, Fermy, DL-DVL and SLI limits.

The single-link DVI and HDMI, as well as the dual-link SLI and DVI GPUs have a pixel clock limit as their default setting. This application can remove these limits so the default values can be exceeded.

If the patch operation is successful you will receive a notification that confirms it. However, you will need to restart the operating system for the changes to be applied.
