OmniMIDI is a MIDI driver for Windows, that is highly configurable and was designed after the famous BASSMIDI Driver.

The utility was created to meet the demands of any professional sound engineer, and the synthesizer will be able to achieve low latency to a degree of 1 millisecond, but it will need .NET Framework 4.0 or later in order to work.

It comes with a simple and easy-to-use interface, and it was designed to be configurable, instead of being visually attractive, and offers tabbed layouts, a small menu bar, and it allows you to import and edit lists, and specific presets from SF2 files.

You can also open a built-in mixer and a blacklist manager, while also allowing you to assign a SoundFont list to specific sound utilities.

OmniMIDI is a great MIDI driver that is also highly configurable, and simple to use, while not necessarily looking all that nice.
