Optimik: An efficient cutting optimization software

Optimik is a cutting optimization software that works for fiberboards, glass panes, steel and stainless steel sheets, polycarbonate boards and other square materials.

The application enables you to optimize the arrangement of the individual parts on the material sheet surface. This way, there will be significantly less cut offs and obviously less material used.

With Optimik, you will also save a lot of time that would otherwise be spent to design the cutting plan manually.

When creating a plan, the application automatically arranges the specified rectangular boards using as few material sheets as possible. It also relies on cut offs from previous projects and identifies how many cut offs remain usable from the waste.
