O&O FileBackup: A modern application for creating backups of files stored on external drives

OtoCopy is a small and intuitive utility that lets you backup and sync data stored on external drives in real time, to ensure you’ll never lose precious information. During the setup you need to select the file types for which you want to create backups as the application will monitor them accordingly.

Customizing a backup job is a quick and simple process as you only need to select the storage folder, the backup folder, if the tool should include subfolders, which extensions to save and those that should be ignored and a few more.

You’ll be prompted to sync the files contained by the backup directory after you finish setting up all the options. OtoCopy also includes the ability to delete the files from the storage folder which do not exist in the backup directory.

What’s more, you can view a report containing all the files that have been synced, the ones that are part of a currently running sync operation, errors (if any) and ignored files.
