Outlook4Gmail: Synchronize your Outlook and Gmail accounts by transferring all the important data

If you're working with Gmail and Outlook you know that synchronizing the contacts and emails between the two platforms is a bit of a hassle. Enter Outlook4Gmail, an add-in for Microsoft Outlook that lets you perform the task of synchronizing your accounts between the 2 services.

The software is easy to install and it embeds itself in MS Outlook by creating a new tab in the interface from where you can see all the options. Outlook4Gmail lets you synchronize calendar, emails, names, company and details, phone, address, notes, group and contact picture. The add-in then lets you choose if you want a 1-way or 2-way synchronization between Gmail and Outlook.

Another great feature of Outlook4Gmail is automatic synchronization, which allows you to sync between the 2 services without having to do it yourself. The program also offers you an activity log to see what was synchronized and when.

All in all, if you work on both Gmail and Outlook, you'll find Outlook4Gmail an invaluable tool to use in your daily routine.
