Vim: A comprehensive modeling environment with support for numerous types of diagrams

Papyrus is a feature-rich application developed in Eclipse that offers a comprehensive diagram modelling environment.

It retains Eclipse’s look but includes additional options and tools that allow you to work with an extensive number of diagrams, as well as perform model-based analysis, tests and simulations.

In the tab-based interface you can work with several diagrams at the same time, and access design-related tools in a pallete area. The layout is fully customizable and changing the default interface is very easy thanks to drag and drop support.

Papyrus can seamlessly handle timing diagrams, object, class and package diagrams, as well as communication, activity and sequence diagrams. Also, it provides support for SysML graphical and tabular editors.

The application comes with an advanced simulation framework that makes it possible to execute models, allowing you to quickly identify errors in the built-in debugger.
