PdfGrabber: Easily convert PDF files to various other formats

PDF is one of the most popular file formats currently used and with that comes the need to easily convert such documents to other types of files. PdfGrabber is a simple tool that lets you convert PDF files to several other formats such as TXT, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, XML but also various image formats.

The graphical layout is clean and uncluttered, allowing you to quickly add PDFs to the list through the built-in browser or via drag & drop. Furthermore, PdfGrabber supports batch processing so you can add multiple PDFs and convert them simultaneously.

Depending on which output format you choose, you’ll have some related customization options at your disposal. For Word, you can choose tabulators, text boxes, multi-column layout, continuous text or OCR text recognition.

However, you can also select universal, text-based or layout based for Excel output files but also a presentation or Pack&Go for PowerPoint. For images you can choose between vector and raster graphic, contained images or TIFF and choosing HTML as the output format offers you an ePUB mode among others.

Users can view the document properties for PDFs, use the built-in range editor, choose an output folder and customize the page range (selected or all pages). After you export the file(s), you can edit the preferences for each output format. The Word profile lets you save PDFs as RTF, XML or DOCX files, change the text alignment but also a few more options such as converting images and tables, embed fonts, export lines as graphics and others.
