PopMenu is a streamlined application launcher that provides quick access to your favorite programs. It lets you create a custom menu from where you can run executable files via its Settings pane.

The tool runs in the system tray from where you can access its functional interface. The launcher menu can have as many entries as you’d like and you can open it via a hotkey.

With PopMenu, you need to assign a name for every menu item and even associate icons to spot apps with ease. You can use the program to run any executable file, as well as launch Windows commands via command prompt.

Among the provided configuration settings, you’ll find the ability to set the menu applications or commands to launch with specific parameters, in a user-defined folder and set them to open in minimized, maximized or normal mode.

Nevertheless, you should be aware the program only allows you to run commands and executables, so you cannot use it to launch files such as photos, videos and documents.
