PowerRun: Access locked registries or files that cannot be edited even if you have administrative rights

PowerRun is a small application that lets you access the files and registry items which are locked even if you have full administrative permissions. Simply unpack the downloaded archive and run the tool.

In the simple interface you can use several quick access shortcuts, specifically PowerShell, notepad, and the CMD console.

To add a process you need to define its location, working folder, parameter (if such is the case) and the preferred Startup File but you can also load files via drag and drop.

With PowerRun you’ll be able to open, edit and run files with the highest privileges which are above administrative permissions. Furthermore, you can access other hidden levels and accounts which are usually blocked from the usual admin rights.
